Color: a deep ruby purple. The aroma is complex with spice, cassis and black cherry, a full, ripe and silky in the mouth with cherry and cassis notes, very subtle oak and a bit of forest floor, great structure and balance and a long finish. Try with lamb, mushrooms, or even a good steak.

Fermentation Method: cold soak
6 days, punch-down 2-3 times per day, anaerobic during cold soak and at fermentation slow down
