2003 Estate Grown Pinot Noir
Palate broad with full flavor saturation of fruit and spice

Tasting Notes November 2016 (as written by participants to the 2016 Harvest Party)
Color: Still clear and bright, garnet and ruby tones with slight ambering at edges
Nose: Golden delicious apple and light strawberry
Mouthfeel: Luscious, textural, gentle acidity
Flavor: Rich, minerally, still good fruit of dark cherry, but giving way to minerality. Long long finish!
Tasted Feb. 2015
Color: Deep Garnet with crystalline translucency, but not transparency. Rich.
Aromas: Dark raspberry, cherry with wafting spices, including cinnamon, pepper and forest floor. A light feral undertone hinting of sensuality.
Flavor and Mouth: Palate broad with full flavor saturation across all quadrants. Leaning to red fruits, rather than dark, including cranberry, cherry, and raspberry. The spicy aromas deliver on the tongue, with earthy forest floor. Complex with a long finish that penetrates and lingers.
