Harvest 2007

October 06, 2007

7:30 am
Location: 3785 Burnside Road, Sebastopol, CA
So here is what you need to know:
Time:
7:30 coffee, etc. Introduction to winemaking in the vineyard by Greg Lafollette and instructions by yours truly. Picking begins at 8.
Picking complete, we will have lunch al fresco on our deck, overlooking Sonoma, Lake and Napa Counties. Wine will be served.
Clothes:
Work clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Generally cool mornings, so bring a sweatshirt. Bring a hat for the sun. You might want to bring a change of clothes if you are going anywhere other than camping in the afternoon. If you like to wear them, bring work gloves. We have a few pairs, but not enough for everyone.
We will provide clippers for everyone. We won't be using knives, for safety's sake.
